Leads, leads, and more leads. Everyone seems to be into buying leads these days. Network marketing is undergoing a major change in the way people build their business. 15 years ago and nobody was buying leads off the internet. Fast forward to today and it seems like every network marketer has at least tried buying leads off the internet. In fact, most companies teach their distributors to do just that.
Is there a problem with buying leads off the internet for your Zrii business? Well...it depends who you ask. For most people it will be a waste of time and money leaving them very frustrated and disappointed. You see, nobody tells distributors that most leads are generic and not worth your time or money. I remember when I spent close to a thousand dollars buying so called "high quality" leads for my business at $5/lead. Guess what? It was a waste of time and money...not one person joined my business.
So why do people fall into the trap of buying leads? It's because it seems so easy. We are told that if we spend a couple hundred dollars that we will receive 40,000 leads...people who are apparently interested in a home based business. It just seems so easy. But have you ever wondered if it was that easy why the lead vendor isn't building their own Zrii business? I mean, if you could really build a business by plopping down a few hundred dollars than I don't think the lead vendor would sell you those leads...they would be using them to build a HUGE Zrii business.
Sound discouraging? Well, it shouldn't be. Are you surprised that getting rich is not so easy? Don't get me wrong. Network marketing is by far the best business model out there whereby an average person can indeed become a millionaire. But, you won't become a millionaire by doing what everyone else is doing. The only person getting rich, is the person selling you leads (at least the majority of lead vendors out there fall into this category).
I know what you're thinking. What the heck is a person suppose to do, right? Don't worry, just because buying Zrii leads is not necessarily the most effective way to build your business, doesn't mean that there are no other possibilities. I'm going to tell you a secret and if you truly listen and take it to heart you will never have trouble building a massive organization in Zrii.
Ready for the secret? Here it is: Learn to take control of your own lead generation. Think about it. If you are in control of your own lead generation then you have all the power. You never have to rely on someone else...you will always have prospects. I know it sounds hard but it really isn't. The internet is not as complicated as it seems. I am no expert and by applying some basic strategies on the internet like blogging, article marketing, and pay per click advertising, I get a steady stream of prospects that come to me!
The kind of prospects that you generate on your own are WAY better than anything you will buy on the internet. Plus, you will save yourself a lot of money and disappointment. The only question is, "are you willing to do what it takes to gain control of your own lead generation?" You see, there are only two kinds of people in this world: 1. People that take action 2. People that don't take action. I hear so many people tell me that they want the easy road..."just let me buy Zrii leads and I'll be happy". But, nothing worth while in life is easy. It is up to you to grab life by the horns and make it happen.
You will have a lot of fun as you begin to learn the art of marketing. As you begin to get a steady flow of traffic to your site and watch your prospect list grow, you will actually smile and say to yourself, "this is so much fun and network marketing actually has never been so easy". Easy? Didn't I just say that nothing in life that is worth while is easy? Yeah, but the beauty of internet network marketing is that once you set up your marketing campaigns prospects come to you. In other words, you leverage your work. You write one article and it takes you twenty minutes to write. But from that one article, you get 15 or more prospects (this is just an illustration and the response you get from your article will vary). And that article continues to work FOR you for many years.
Let's make this practical. Do you know how easy it is to set up some marketing campaigns (you need to take the time to learn how first) and get enough prospects that you sign up one person a week? I've spent about 7 hours setting up my campaigns for Zrii and I have signed up on average 2 people a week. Now, think of how duplicable that is. It wasn't me that did the selling. The marketing system does the selling. I simply set up some marketing campaigns that anyone can do if they took the time. Imagine if everyone on your team took their marketing into their own hands. Think of the leverage. Let's just say you sign up 50 people in a year and those 50 did what you did. That would be 2500 people by your second year. And that is a crude example because you will have people starting to work throughout your first year.
And for those who have money to spend. Why not be creative? If you are going to spend $250 on junky leads, why not pool some of that money together with your team to put an ad in a home business magazine? There are so many options if you are creative. And your team can work together in a co-op. Don't give your money into someone else's hands. Use it for your own benefit and always control your own lead generation.
